Yes. We offer free A3-sized paper samples for your evaluation. Full roll samples are available and charged by weight.

Yes. We provide a complete set of A3-size release paper samples, including one sheet with embossing (EMB) and two plain sheets with different gloss levels.

1、PU release paper has a treated surface, allowing the leather to be used directly without post-processing.

2、PVC paper requires post-processing before the leather can be used.

3、Semi-PU is typically between PU and PVC in terms of processing and finish.

For PVC leather: 25–30 uses under 200°C, 750g pressure, and 20 minutes of pressing.

For PU leather: lower temperature allows for more than 30 uses.

 Floor leather typically uses thicker slurry than regular leather. To ensure stability and prevent curling, we apply an additional process on the non-functional side of the release paper.

1、A roll development fee of RMB 300,000 is required.

2、The fee will be refunded after an accumulated order of 150 rolls.

3、Customers must provide at least three A3-size unused paper samples (used samples cannot ensure accurate release force measurement).

4、At least three A3-size finished leather samples are also needed to compare gloss and performance in our lab.

A development fee of approximately RMB 8,000 is required.

Minimum order quantity: 10 rolls.

Development lead time: within 2 weeks.

 Breakage is rare due to the thickness and strength of our release paper. If it occurs, we’ll first assess your storage and usage conditions before offering solutions.

A 20GP container holds 24 rolls

A 40GP container holds 48 rolls

Each roll is 2000–2100 meters long. Exceeding this may increase the roll diameter beyond container limits.
